In the past, we advocated for orphans on behalf of Loving Shepherd Ministries. We went on a few trips to see what they do in Haiti and Ethiopia. Their passion of caring for vulnerable children with a holistic goal moves me. When children come into a Home of Hope, they become a part of a family. There is no phase out for these children. Loving Shepherd works right along with these children in every area of their lives until they can sustain themselves with a career. The hope is they in turn can give back to their community. With so few of the millions of Orphans having opportunity for permanence with security, Loving Shepherd works hard to provide these for the children in their homes.
